Terms and Conditions of Use

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Invoicista is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to interpret spoken or written instructions and generate professional invoices and estimates, usually in English. The Service includes document management tools, cloud storage and data processing through third-party providers.

To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Free Use: Allows the creation of up to 3 invoices. Available limits and features are displayed within the Service.
• Paid Plans: Offer unlimited invoices and the premium features indicated before you confirm the purchase. The price, billing period and any applicable promotional trial are displayed on the purchase screen of the relevant platform.
• Fair Use: The Service is intended for reasonable business use. Abuse, such as generating thousands of invoices in excess, may result in account suspension.

Payments are processed through Apple, Google Play or Stripe, depending on where the purchase is made, and may be managed with services such as RevenueCat. Renewals, cancellations and refund requests are governed by the terms of the purchase platform and applicable law. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings in Invoicista or directly on the platform where you purchased it.

We use third-party AI providers, including Groq for transcription and OpenRouter and its model providers to interpret and draft content. In current versions, recordings are processed temporarily to provide the requested feature, and the document retains the resulting text and data, not the recording. Some recordings created with earlier web versions may remain associated with their document until it is deleted. You agree that the necessary data may be transmitted to these providers for that purpose. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy: always review names, addresses, amounts, taxes and descriptions before sending a document.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and use of the invoices generated. Invoicista is not responsible for errors, disputes with clients, financial losses or any consequences arising from use of the Service. Always check invoices before sending them.

All Invoicista content, design, code and technology are the exclusive property of the company. You receive a limited license to use the Service. Copying, modifying, distributing or reverse-engineering the Service without express authorization is not permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicista will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

You indemnify and hold Invoicista harmless from any claim, loss or damage arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for a violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from settings.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect 30 days after publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the others remain in force. There are no implied waivers.
